While we make every effort to accurately display our products on the website, slight variations in colours of gemstones and metal patina may occur due to differences in computer screen resolutions. Any unevenness in colours of gemstones and metal & enamel is not a flaw but a beautiful characteristic of our natural and handmade processes.
While we stand by the quality of every piece, we understand that jewellery is inherently fragile & rare issues may arise during manufacturing or shipping. If that happens, we’re here to help.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

General Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects. However, if your purchase is found to have a manufacturing defect (e.g., craftsmanship errors), we’re here to help!

​If There's a Defect or Issue with Your Order

• Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
• If the package looks tampered with, please do not accept the delivery—alert the courier and notify us at info@chorla.com to report the issue.
• If you notice a defect, damage, or missing item on opening your package, email us at info@chorla.com within 2 days with:
  • An unboxing video for documentation
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the issue.

Need to cancel? You can do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@chorla.com.

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

 

Returns & Refunds

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if the return is approved or denied.

Return Process

• If approved, you’ll need to ship the item back using a reputable, trackable courier like BlueDart or FedEx.
• The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
• Once received, we’ll inspect the item and confirm the issue.

Next Steps

• Replacement: If available, we’ll send you a new item at no extra cost.
• Refund: If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

​Shipping Costs

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. If you are returning a shipment to us, you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its original packaging, using a reputable courier provider such as BlueDart or FedEx. These shipping costs will be borne by you. Kindly use a pre-paid trackable shipping method for returns.

• Defect Reporting Window: All issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.
• Orders once placed can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placing the order.

 

Other Considerations

All of our products undergo rigorous quality control checks before they are made available on our website. This policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, random causes or customer negligence including wear and tear.
Jewellery is inherently fragile & should be handled with care.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this moment. However stay tuned, we’re working towards this & can’t wait to send you some gorgeous jewels!

Damaged Packages

If you suspect your package is damaged or opened upon receipt, please do not accept the delivery.

Dispatch Time

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days depending on your location.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 25 days for delivery as they are handmade. However please know we will endeavour to have your order delivered to you at the earliest possible time.

Lost or Incorrect Deliveries

For a smooth delivery, please ensure that your address & contact details are accurate. We do not cover orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and phone number or for orders that are lost or stolen but have been confirmed as delivered.
