Do you ship internationally?Not yet—but we're working on it! At this moment, we only ship within India, but expanding internationally is on our roadmap. Stay tuned by following us on Instagram @chorla.jewellery, where we’ll announce as soon as international shipping becomes available.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?If your product hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update your shipping address—just contact us as soon as possible on info@chorla.com. Please note, once a product has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Please double-check your details before placing an order to ensure accuracy.

Do you offer free shipping?Yes! We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above ₹5000. For orders below that, shipping is calculated for you at checkout

What should I do if my package looks tampered with?If your package appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, inform the courier and contact us at info@chorla.com immediately.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

Will I need to pay for return shipping?If your return qualifies for a replacement or refund, the shipping cost for sending the product back to us will be reimbursed.

How long does it take to get a refund?Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

How do I return a defective item?If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 2 days at info@chorla.com with: ✔️ A clear unboxing video showcasing the issue ✔️ Clear photos/videos of the issue ✔️ Your order number Once we review your request, we’ll determine if it qualifies for a replacement or refund, based on availability. If your return is approved, you’ll need to ship the item back to us using a trackable courier like BlueDart or FedEx. Please ensure the jewelry is in its original packaging and includes all accessories.

What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?Some examples include loose stones, faulty clasps, uneven finishing, or size discrepancies. At Chorla, we take great care to carefully inspect each piece before it’s sent to you, ensuring it meets our commitment to quality. If you believe your jewelry has a defect, email us within 2 days of delivery at info@chorla.com with photos/videos, and we’ll take care of it.

Can I cancel my order?We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by sending an email to info@chorla.com with your order number and cancellation request. We'll ensure the process is handled smoothly.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
