Damaged Packages
If you suspect your package is damaged or opened upon receipt, please do not accept the delivery.
Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days depending on your location.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 25 days for delivery as they are handmade. However please know we will endeavour to have your order delivered to you at the earliest possible time.

At Chorla, we take pride in crafting & curating jewellery that is as beautiful as it is unique. While we make every effort to accurately display our products on the website, slight variations in colours of gemstones and metal patina may occur due to differences in computer screen resolutions. Any unevenness in colours of gemstones and metal & enamel is not a flaw but a beautiful characteristic of our natural and handmade processes.

- If you notice a defect, damage, or missing item on opening your package, email us at info@chorla.com within 2 days with:
- An unboxing video for documentation
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the issue.
Order Cancellations

- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
