If There's a Defect or Issue with Your Order

- If the package looks tampered with, please do not accept the delivery—alert the courier and notify us at info@chorla.com to report the issue.
- If you notice a defect, damage, or missing item on opening your package, email us at info@chorla.com within 2 days with:
- An unboxing video for documentation
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? You can do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at info@chorla.com.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

- If approved, you’ll need to ship the item back using a reputable, trackable courier like BlueDart or FedEx.
- The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Shipping Costs
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. If you are returning a shipment to us, you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its original packaging, using a reputable courier provider such as BlueDart or FedEx.
