- If you notice a defect, damage, or missing item on opening your package, email us at info@chorla.com within 2 days with:
- An unboxing video for documentation

- Clear photos/video of the issue.
Order Cancellations

- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
