We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects. However, if your purchase is found to have a manufacturing defect (e.g., craftsmanship errors), we’re here to help!
If There's a Defect or Issue with Your Order
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If the package looks tampered with, please do not accept the delivery—alert the courier and notify us at info@chorla.com to report the issue.
If you notice a defect, damage, or missing item on opening your package, email us at info@chorla.com within 2 days with:

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? You can do so within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at orders@chorla.com.
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Returns & Refunds
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if the return is approved or denied.
Return Process
If approved, you’ll need to ship the item back using a reputable, trackable courier like BlueDart or FedEx.
The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and confirm the issue.
Next Steps
Replacement: If available, we’ll send you a new item at no extra cost.
Refund: If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. If you are returning a shipment to us, you are responsible for sending the product back to us in its original packaging, using a reputable courier provider such as BlueDart or FedEx. These shipping costs will be borne by you. Kindly use a pre-paid trackable shipping method for returns.

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days depending on your location.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 25 days for delivery as they are handmade. However please know we will endeavour to have your order delivered to you at the earliest possible time.
